This course qualifies participants as an Electrically Instructed Person (EuP) in accordance with German occupational safety requirements (DGUV Regulation 3 and VDE standards). It is designed for employees who work on or near electrical equipment under the instruction and supervision of a qualified electrician, but who are not electricians themselves.
Participants will learn how to identify electrical hazards, apply safe working practices, use personal protective equipment correctly, and follow workplace instructions when working with electrical systems. The training covers legal responsibilities, accident prevention, and practical rules for safe behaviour around live and de-energised installations.
Upon successful completion of the course materials and assessment, participants receive a certificate confirming their qualification as an Electrically Instructed Person, valid for use in DGUV-compliant workplaces.
