  • Workplace-specific situations related to manual tasks within the industry
  • Identification, assessment, documentation, and elimination of specific hazards in physical work
  • Anatomical fundamentals – stress factors and corresponding response measures
  • Recognizing signs and symptoms of chronic injuries or physical limitations
  • Physiological challenges and the development of safe, body-friendly work strategies
  • Techniques to minimize risks and ergonomic lifting and transport methods
  • Lifting and storing loads
  • Conducting workplace-related risk and hazard assessments
  • Performing a Last-Minute Risk Analysis

Target Group

This training is intended for professionals in the wind energy sector and related fields.

Prerequisites

  • Basic Course: No prior knowledge required
  • Refresher Course: Proof of a valid GWO Manual Handling Basic Training certificate

Training Conditions

  • Maximum number of participants: 12
  • Duration: 0.5 days (3.5 hours)

Certification

Upon successful completion, participants will receive:

  • A certificate
  • An entry in their safety pass
  • A registration in the GWO database WINDA

Certificate Validity

Required Equipment
